The ECE department has a dedicated makerspace (eMake) for ECE students to create, design and strengthen their hands-on skills. It is a multifunctional facility (1879 square foot) for teaching, labs, projects and student activities. It creates a welcoming environment and community for students to learn and create, get together, help each other, and have fun.

The eMake facility provides testing equipment, parts and supplies for circuit design and construction. Many students use this makerspace to build prototypes for capstone projects and course projects.
