UMass Lowell has been home to the Air Force ROTC鈥檚 Detachment 345, the Fighting Dogs since 1951!听

Army ROTC

UMass Lowell is also home to the Army ROTC. The university is a host school within the听听(headquarters for Army ROTC in Central Massachusetts). Other schools that participate in the Army ROTC program are Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Framingham State College and Fitchburg State College.
